7 Breakfast Smoothies That Taste Like Dessert

How would you like to lose weight at the same time you are enjoying these decadent desserts for breakfast? My goal is to help you get healthy and fit, and give you incredibly great tasting smoothie recipes to help you do it.
Below are some of my favorite recipes. There are a few keys to making a great weight loss smoothie, and I will share with you these things. First you need to be sure you are getting the proper nutrition into your breakfast shake. If you are not getting the proper nutrition then having a breakfast smoothie will be fast and convenient, but you won’t get the weight loss results you want. We use Herbalife Healthy Meal Shake mix because it contains the most nutrients and it tastes amazing, while being very low in calories, which makes it perfect for getting healthy and losing weight. The second thing to consider when making a great breakfast smoothie is how much you add in the way of fruits. Some fruit is a great thing, because fruits contain antioxidants and complex carbohydrates to keep your immune system strong while also giving you energy, however some contain lots of calories so you want to be careful. Adding too much fruit can turn your low calorie breakfast shake into a 500-600 calorie meal, which is not going to help you with weight loss. It will be delicious ;-) but our goal is a great tasting breakfast smoothie that helps you get healthy and lose weight. Do I have to use ice in my Herbalife Shake?
No, but ice makes it have a thicker texture, and makes it nice and cold. You can also make these breakfast smoothies without ice.
Can I just use 1 scoop of the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake mix?
The recommended serving size is 2 scoops, and for the full benefits you should use the recommended serving size.
Do I have to only use 1 scoop of the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix?
No, you may use 1-3 scoops depending on your protein requirement. Email us and ask what your daily protein amount is.
Can I use milk instead of the Protein Drink Mix?
Yes you can, however milk has more calories and fat grams than Herbalife Protein drink mix, so when we are trying to get healthy and lose weight we want to minimize fat and calories, which makes the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix a perfect fit.
How many of these Herbalife Shakes can I have per day?
You can have as many as you want! However you should only use them as a meal replacement for two meals of the day, and mix in healthy snacks and a full meal once per day for weight loss. Some of our clients like to have them as a late night snack as well instead of high calorie ice cream and they lose weight that way as well.
