Herbalife Recipes- Pancakes, Bikini In A Cup, and Protein Balls!

Today our kids were wanting pancakes for breakfast, which is NO problem for us ;-) We like them too. However we don;t like how we feel after eating pancakes, and we LOVe how we feel after having our morning Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal shake... so that left us with a dilema.
Not to worry though it was easilty solved with a little googling and a little trial and error! This morning we had the pancakes, but we regulaly have the other two because they are delicious snacks, high in protein for lean muscle mass. Here they are, enjoy!
Bikini Drink
Ingredients
4 scoops of Beverage Mix (2 each of Peach Mango and Wild Berry)
2 scoops of Active Fiber Powder (Apple or Unflavored)
6 Capfuls Herbalife Aloe Mango
Directions
Pour 12 - 16 oz of water into a shaker cup or blender.
Add four scoops of the Beverage Mix.
Add two scoops of the Active Fiber Complex. For more flavor, use Apple Flavored Active Fiber Complex.
Add six (6) capfuls (two servings) of the Herbal Aloe Mango.
Shake well (in a shaker cup) or blend for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Protein Balls - These Are The Best!!
Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup Herbalife Formula #1 - Cookies or Cream OR Chocolate OR Vanilla)
1/2 cup honey OR Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter (Adam's 100% natural)
Directions
Roll up ingredients like cookie dough balls and roll in crushed graham crackers. (Try grain-sweetened chocolate chips from health food aisle at grocery store). YUM! No kidding... this is as good as any candy bar. 5-6 balls = meal replacement.
OR double the batch and pat into a 9" x 13" pan. Cut into bars.
It is okay to place in fridge to set OR store.
Pancakes - With Formula #1
Ingredients
4 Egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
2 scoops Herbalife Formula #1
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
Prepare in pan with spray. Top with fresh berries and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup.
