Today I made this shake, and it was delicious! It tastes very similar to mint chip ice cream, but of course with fat and calories removed ;-) I have included the recipe to make it yourself at home! Enjoy!

Heres how you can make a healthy Mint Chocolate Chip breakfast shake for yourself...

In your blender, add the following ingredients.

8 ounces of cold water

1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix

4-5 large ice cubes

Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until you don't hear ice chunks hitting the blad anymore. I have also found that adding more ice makes it thicker and will equal a more ice cream like consistency, great substitute for those how summer nights. This can also be an amazing healthy snack on the go for you or your kids!
