Every morning I have my breakfast smoothie, and its always delicious. Today was no exception. I decided to upload the recipe after getting lots of feedback on Facebook of people asking about it.

Here is how I made my breakfast shake today, in detail with pictures. I like to have this for breakfast everyday because it makes me feel good and helps me maintain my goal weight and muscle tone. Also I have noticed that having this everyday as soon as I get up means more energy laster in the day, which is a great things for me. Sometimes after a lunch we have an afternoon lull, or time directly after lunch when we are really tired and feel like napping. I don't have that anymore since I started this!

Enjoy the recipe! Its simple to make, and its a delicious thing to start your day!

Step 1

Get our your blender cup. I use a Ninja single serving cup, but any blender will do. Add 8 ounces of water to your cup, and a few ice cubes.

Step 2

I added 2 scoops of Formula 1 Healthy Meal Bananna Carmel to the cup. This is higly nutritious so if you are feeling bad, or feel like you are coming down with something, you may add one or two more scoops for extra nutrition.

Step 3

I added the Apple Fiber Complex. This is something I love because sometimes I struggle getting my recommended amount of fiber in my diet during the day, so this is great! Not to mention I love that its apple flavored! I added one scoop of this to my cup.

Step 4

The last ingredient is very important. I added one scoop of Protein Drink Mix to my cup. Some people add more,

but for today this was fine. I used the Vanilla flavored Protein today. Why not milk? I like using this because it has less calories and fat than milk, and has more protein per serving. It makes it easier to stay under my calorie number for the day, and I don't have to work that extra fat off later on ;-) Its a winner in my book.

Step 5

I added some extra ice cubes on top of the podwer, and then put the cap on and blended for 20-30 seconds.

Thats it! This is for one shake, but you could easily double or triple this recipe in a larger blender. All of these ingredients can be found on this website below, and you could be making your very own breakfast smooties very soon!
